WebBL2FIX is your main one. It's a self-contained installation package, and once installed it's modular and can be deactivated easily. Primarily it sets up a mod-menu as a framework for other additions. If you want to get into the script mods, the main entry-point I suggest is Unofficial Community Patch (UCP).
