Blacksmithing quenching
Webquenching sword. Im new to blacksmithing, and have only made a few knives, spears, and other things. I wanted to try to make a sword, but im not sure how I would get the whole blade (about 40 inches for a rapier) evenly hot enough to quench. Especially with such a forge about the size of the ones on forged in fire.
