WebI used a coal tar soap, it did work but wasn't spectacular. I had better luck with a coal tar goop, like a yellow paste. The goop was smelly though. I also tried coal tar shampoos. They were okay, but I had much better results with a prescription anti-fungal shampoo. All products but the anti-fungal were bought on Amazon.
