WebIn update 1.9.3 the location changed. There's also one on top of the containers that the Middleman is facing. I looked for this one so long today XD. Sometimes they bug out and don't spawn. Restart the game or load into any hunt and then return to Ramsgate and the despawned Aethersprouts should pop up.
