Make sure all projects and orders are invoiced and collected Before you close your books, you must close out the financial year by ensuring that everything is invoiced out and all income is recorded. WebbClick Tools, point to Period End, then click Year End. Check your data. Check your Chart of Accounts. Back up your data. Choose to create archive if required. Choose to set up budgets if required. Check the correct date is showing for the year you are closing. Enter a lock date if required. Click Run Year End then click Yes and click OK.
