The information requested relates to the purchase of Section 106 affordable housing units in the local authority area by the company Sage Housing over the last three years. Web2.2.Planning legislation is silent on charging monitoring fees for Section 106 agreements, there are no regulations made under Section 303 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 in respect of fees for Section 106 monitoring. Powers do exist in the Localism Act 2011which permits charges to be made on a cost recovery basis.
