Web7 Oct 2024 · The CMA launched an investigation into whether consumer law had been broken after Which? reported both Ryanair and British Airways to the regulator. But it has now concluded the probe and won't take further action because of a 'lack of clarity' in the law, and the time it would take to conclude any court action against the airlines. WebRyanair has now missed 5 agreed completion dates. ADR do not respond, not answering telephone number even on Tues and Thurs 10-1400hrs , do not respond to numerous message left on the portal. I intend to take Ryanair to Small Claim Court for the full amount £700. I think AviationADR need to be investigated!!! Date of experience: 02 February 2024

I would give up on this because it is causing me a lot of stress, but I guess RyanAIr want me to do that. It's over 350 Euros.
